Really mad I lost over 100 of my own puzzles. Feel ripped off. May stop playing!

What I failed to say, this was after I updated my app. A group of my friends have had the same thing happen. We competed against each other as to who were working the most puzzles. It's a lot of time spent for nothing to show. All of us buy puzzle packages as well as work our on puzzles. If there is a way to get these puzzles back would like to know how. This is a way for y'all to loose players. This was a great app which I have recommended to many others. Please help.
